Wow!! Is all we can say about this split level home that has approximately 3000 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, and outstanding custom built kitchen, beautiful family room, natural gas fireplace, and the list goes on. The entire home has basically been redone since 2000, and sits on a 100 x 140 foot lot. The exterior was painted in 2016 and at that time all new windows were installed. The interior was painted in 2015.

As you approach the home the entire driveway and sidewalk area has all been replaced with new concrete since 2000. This is a great spot and you have not even entered the home yet! From the sunroom you will open the door and what you see in front of you is the entire living portion of the home, with the newer laminate flooring, take your pick, you can enter all the levels from this point. Well let's just take a peak at the lower level which is about four feet in the ground with the windows at ground level. This is where the wide open and comfortably decorated family room sits. The color combinations used in this room certainly give it that cozy and comfortable feeling as being a place to just relax. This is a great room for entertaining friends or just a spot to sit back and listen to the evening news while reading the paper or possibly enjoying a good book. The room is spacious with plenty of light with a number of windows facing to the south.

This level also has an exercise/office area, if you enjoy taking a walk on the treadmill or possibly riding your bike this room will be an eye catcher for you. If you're not into exercising this room is situated where this would possibly be your computer get away or where you took care of business. There is a full bath on this level, again the decorating is perfect. The ideal thing about this level which makes it very comfortable and cozy especially in the winter months is there is electric off peak heat in the floor.

The bedroom just off the exercise/office room and is spacious with two large closets to use, it again is decorated with modern and up to date styling, if you need a large bedroom for your furniture this has more space than you may need. When you leave the family room you can enter the lower level which could serve as a fantastic play room or it could also be used for storage, the room is carpeted with an egress window.

As we backtrack we get to the level where there are two more nicely decorated bedrooms, with another bath. Just off this room is the laundry room, with the location of the laundry room where it is, there is very little distance to get to it from any spot in the home. It is handy and convenient.

We are now going to the upper level, as we enter this area you will see the shine of laminate flooring and the beauty of it all blends in with the custom built kitchen and formal dining room cabinetry. The large spacious kitchen has an abundance of cabinets which were custom built in and installed in 2001, the counter is situated where you could arrange stools all along the back side with room for possibly eight people to sit and have a meal together, and this is a large kitchen counter! In 2015 a new glass backsplash was installed to add a little more charm to an already beautiful room. The bonus with this kitchen is there is a built in dishwasher (2016), microwave (2015), stove (2015) and refrigerator (2016) that are all included for the new owner. Just imagine all new appliances!

The large formal dining room is surrounded by oak cabinets, this is a fantastic spot to entertain guests, family, friends, or have your own special meal occasionally where you leave the kitchen and set the table. The living room is another one of those nicely decorated rooms with the focal point of this room being the brick natural gas fireplace, if you wish to change the temperature, just use the remote control to either turn it on or off or just adjust the flame, this room had new carpet installed in 2014. This spot is the room many people would like to have but never will!

The master bedroom is on this level and certainly is the master suite as it is large, private and roomy with its own private half bath; you can even smell the fresh roasted coffee from the kitchen while waiting to get up in the morning.

If you enjoy gardening the large back yard is certainly the place to do that or possibly have a few nice flower beds or maybe just a place to enjoy the summer evenings on the large concrete patio. There is another double car garage in the back yard, can you imagine the luxury of having this much storage space for your vehicles, recreational equipment or lawn and garden equipment? From the sunroom to the second garage there is all new concrete for your enjoyment or it may be the spot where a great neighborhood basketball may be in the progress!!

The shingles were replaced in 2014 and a new metal roof was installed; the new high efficiency furnace was installed in March of 2006 and is run on natural gas and is a high efficiency furnace and a dehumidifier was added in 2014. There was a new sewer line put in 2005, at that time the basement floor in the lower level was taken out and drain tile and a sump pump was installed, an egress window was installed at that time. There is off peak electric heat to go along with the natural gas, for the efficient use of energy. The central air was installed in 2001, the garage finished with 2x6 walls and insulated in 2002 and finished in 2003, it too has off peak electric heat. The home has a 200 amp electrical service as well as the off peak service system.

The list goes on and on and on!!!! Do not hesitate to look at this home; if you do hesitate you may be too late!
