The area between the garage and the sunroom is surrounded by either bricks or wooden sidewalks and a wooden deck. This is a fantastic spot, the sunroom with its vaulted ceiling and stained tongue and groove finishing is really an eye catcher, the room has an abundance of windows facing to the west and two entry doors with one being on the north and the other the south side. This room is ventilated for the hot tub and is insulated as well. If a person would want to add heat it is set to go and all the hot tub needs is a tub full of water as the hot tub stays for the new owner to enjoy. From this room there is an attached single stall garage that has an overhead door to the south and is not heated nor finished, however it is a great spot for that extra vehicle or maybe a toy that you may have. The yard is spacious with plenty of trees. The north side of the home is earthen with the earth going about half way up that side of the home. The family room on the side does have windows above the grade of the fill.
